Profiles Dean Bocetti At EWD, Mr. Bocetti brings to the table over 15 years of practical industry experience providing pragmatic solutions to clients’ problems. His skills and experience include Information Systems Management, Project and Product Management, Human Resources and Operations Management, and Strategic Planning. He has direct experience in many business sectors including Fortune 500 Banking, Higher Education, Manufacturing, Software, Internet/e-Commerce, Small Business Consulting, and Retail Service Operations. Prior to EWD, Mr. Bocetti utilized his business operations, human resources, and information systems development experience to manage software development projects and implement business strategies for startup companies at an internet incubator. While there, Mr. Bocetti also co-developed several internal business processes including the Internet Systems Development Process, and provided internal consultation and support for the incubator’s human resources function. Previously, Mr. Bocetti was a Human Resources Information Systems Manager with the University of Maryland. Mr. Bocetti was involved in a variety of software development projects in which he provided project management support, software development support using JAD/RAD methodologies, and business process redesign consultation. Mr. Bocetti also consulted with senior administrators on human resources policy development and implementation. Prior to the University of Maryland, Mr. Bocetti worked as an operations analyst and manager for National City Bank in their cash management division. He managed the operations of the centralized batch data transmission and customer support facility and coordinated a major system conversion and other implementations related to acquisitions of other banking institutions. Mr. Bocetti graduated from Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business, receiving a Master's of Business Administration degree, with concentrations in Human Resources and Operations Management. Areas of study of particular interest included organizational behavior, change management, and management of service operations. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Business Administration from the University of Florida. |
